Levels of Appraisal Services

Silver Level - Verbal Evaluation @ $75 per hour.

I will review your jewelry in person (one piece or multiple pieces) and provide a verbal report to you of its value. This can be useful for those of you who would like the peace of mind, just want to know what something is worth.

Example: You purchased an item online from Craig’s List or EBay or you have some jewelry items given to you and you are not sure what to do with them. For more information about our services, see the Special Services section of our web site by clicking here.

Gold Level - Personal Jewelry Catalog @ $150 per hour.

This is our basic report. It includes a description, plus a digital photograph and valuation of the jewelry item. This can be useful for those of you who have many items and to identify, either for an Estate or Personal, and don’t need the level of detail a full written appraisal document would serve. Or if the items fall below an insurance decidable.

Example: If you need to document your jewelry, a few gold chains, a bracelet, some earrings, or watches, these things add up quickly and you need a record of what you have.

Platinum Level - Full written appraisal documents @ $75 per item or $150 per hour.

This appraisal document includes a full item description with measurements and grading, a digital photograph, and value. It also includes a grading report of diamonds larger than 1 carat. The stones may be loose or mounted. This option is most appropriate for those who need professional documentation for insurance, estate, or resale purposes.

Example: If you have jewelry that exceeds the value of what your insurance covers by default, you will need documented proof of the value for each item.
